Trial of Insurrectionist Guy Reffitt Went from Bad to Worse: Bad for Reffitt but Good for Justice
The first trial kicked off this week against Guy Reffitt, one of Trump's angry mob members who attacked US Capitol on January 6, 2021. The opening statements were bad for the defendant. But when the prosecutors cued-up a Zoom recording Reffitt made shortly after he led the attack on theCapitol, the case got even worse for defendant Reffitt.
