3. Ukraine keeps dark at night intentionally for safety - not even lighting cigarettes

And if the power was to be shut off completely to a Nuclear power plant then it could not cool down amd there could be a nuclear meltdown.

But perhaps that is the goal?

2. Schiff is fully aware of what Putin is doing amd his mental instability

Schiff is on the intelligence committee and I am certain has been briefed in full - including to not call Putin out as being mentally unstable because things are that serious right now.

Lawrence O’Donnell was trying to get him to answer to that effect and it was very clear Adam Schiff was not going to say it.

It creates more chaos, too -- a "Shock Doctrine" scenario.
