1. By the time I conked out last night, the word had gone out

that containment at the plant had not been breached, that it was a "robust" western designed plant and that it had already been shut down and any danger would be minimal. What the fire might have taken out was either the control area or possibly banks of transformers near the plant. Still, the operation was typically hamfisted and reflects the number of badly trained conscripts who were sent to fight Putin's war.
