House Select Committee Files Court Pleading Saying Evidence Shows Trump committed Crimes Against US
The House select committee investigating the January 6 attack on the US Capitol filed a pleading in federal court saying that their investigation has revealed that Donald Trump has committed the crimes of conspiracy to defraud the United States and obstruction of an official proceeding. It's worth noting that this court filing is signed by more than a dozen lawyers - serious, honest, professional lawyers - not a Rudy Giuliani or Sidney Powell in the bunch.
