and they each take one Russian soldier with them on the likely suicide mission on average.

No more invading army.

Now, of course, Russia has more troops to send... but some general someplace inside Russia just might decide that the cost of the war isn't worth it... and poof - no more Putin.

This plan almost worked more than a few times with Hitler.

Perhaps this time...
