Reactions to either TFG or Biden would be a little more obscene here, but they'd be essentially the same: "Aw, shit! Nobody wants to get on an elevator and look at that!"

As for the OP's video, there's a reason everybody was under 30. That age group remembers far less about how heavy handed the KGB was and how your whole family could be rounded up and sent to Siberia for years on the flimsiest of charges.

Putin seems to be working up to that. I have to wonder how far he gets before he's fighting a two front war: one in Ukraine and another at home.
