NBC News' Richard Engel reports the 40-mile Russian convoy, one stuck, is now advancing and that Russia is now actively trying to surround Kyiv.

I'm blaming NATO for not doing all i think it can to help Ukraine, yes. I am not blaming NATO because a deranged psychopath decided to murder thousands of their people.

They had no problems attacking Libya, Afghanistan and Iraq. But all of a sudden, their organization is entirely "defensive"?
