2km to 2500m range, fire and forget (target, pull the trigger, run to another position). It will penetrate reactive armor because it has two explosives in the warhead. And you point at the target, the missile flies up and attacks the target top down (almost vertical) because the armor at the top is the thinnest on the tank.

They don't take a lot of training. but they are expensive.

40,000 of them would cost something like $5B.

But the trucks, missile launchers, tanks, artillery... all gone. Along with a lot of dead Russian soldiers.

Dead Russian soldiers and loss of huge quantity of Russian military equipment... no more Putin.
