The former federal prosecutor discusses the conviction of '3 Percenter' Guy Reffitt and the whisper quiet indictment of Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio, who was arrested by the FBI in an early morning raid. Kirschner says he cannot conceive of a situation in which the DOJ does not prosecute Trump.
