It IS a case of a hostile attack by an outside power. Brexit made no sense except to someone who wanted to weaken the EU. Hillary’s being denied the presidency made no sense to anyone who wanted a strong USA in a moral and military position of leadership.

To the question of who gained an advantage from the Brexit debacle or the farce of the Trump presidency, one doesn’t need a PhD in political science to look in Putin’s direction.

The most devastating attack ever on the USA was the most successful one, and it was carried out with not so much as one shot fired.
