According to French officials after a phone call with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron, Russian President Vladimir Putin gave no indication he intends to stop the war against Ukraine

1. Putin is stalling he will never talk peace with duly elected government

his time table for taking Ukraine has been a shambles, he will not even open the Russian stock market, let alone the central banks.....because it will not only further the cause of bankruptcy to the country and will cause that country to fold like a house of cards....if the Ukrainians can last about two more weeks Puss head is done.... Puss head needs to open those trades in the market......
I realize what the French and Germans are trying to do....but this asshole needs to held accountable.....that is my opinion...
