'Putin is frustrated': National security adviser on what military base attack reveals

US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan says the deadly Russian airstrike on a large military base near Lviv, Ukraine, which was only miles from the Polish border, shows that Vladimir Putin is frustrated with his forces' progress.

His three day war has made him look like a damn fool. But, at least he can still kill people, so I guess that is something.

I would love to see the Ukrainian Air Force units make a deep raid on a Russian base. Perhaps we could slip them some MABs to use.
