Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia for over 5 years that I know of.

The difference? NATO. They've been going "neener" over to border in order to provoke some kind of incursion. Otherwise, if he acts it's the kind of war even Putin knows he can't win. No one can.

I expect more of this going forward. Not just defensive conventional posture either. There will be war in Russia if Putin expands the war he has started.
