The Ukrainian forces are using light gear that can be quickly set up, fired, then taken down and moved. Russians are using heavy gear, usually vehicle mounted and vulnerable and by the time they get a fix on where fire is coming from, the Ukrainians are long gone.

I hope someone manages to end this before the Russians revert to type and just start to flatten everything.
