We had two snowstorms last week, Thursday and Saturday - but yesterday it was still light out when I was out driving!

5. There isn't really a winter here, not by northern standards. Lol

We had a few inches of snow Fri night. Melted by mid-day Saturday.

Occasionally gets down to 20F here.

Most disgusting climate here. Always 100% humidity, even in winter. No nice cool, crisp Canadian air.

I dread summer.

I'm good with saving time or standard time. Don't care. Let's just keep it the same year-round. This day and time, it's dumb to change the clock.

Can anyone come up with another reason against this other than "the kids catching a bus as the sun comes up" argument? Were kids being run over all the place beforehand? I don't care which to choose; just pick one. Thankfully, 100% of the Senate did.

I'm good with our Representatives making the call. I still think "time change" needs progressive action.

They don't even have winter here, except an occasional dusting or ice storm.

I completely agree, thd time issue needs to be set & left alone as it is so disruptive to people's health.

It just seems to me that it would make more sense to have the extra winter daylight in the mornings.

I was confused on DU over the weekend, since apparently the time change occurred early - the times on DU didn't agree with the times on my clocks or computer. And yesterday I finally managed to change the clock in my car...

But, I'll happily give it up for no "spring forward." Few laws passed by Congress are so tangibly impactful, so let's go Nancy!
