1. He needs to resign as a Justice

He is no impartial judge. He is a political operative for the repuke party. I can just hear if a more liberal judges spouse did the same thing. The right wing would be screaming for their head!

3. What good is the heat, one which he ignores, if nothing happens to him, if he is not impeached

This is not news that Thomas and his wife are low-lives, that he is still in the Supreme Court says a lot about privilege in our society and government.

4. He needs to get out. How old is he now?

I think there should be age limits for all or them; president, justices, senators, congress. Some manage to stay sharp but even if their health is good having someone in a position like that makes them grow isolated. Term limits, whatever can be applied. My young nephew says we aren’t going to change till we get rid of all the old white guys, he’s got a point. You get a few that are still going well like RBG and Biden but I’d really like to see something done about this. Not that Thomas’ problems are age related. Some sort of age rules or term limits where applicable.

And he's been on SCOTUS since 1991, a George H.W. Bush appointee.
