President Joe Biden called Russian President Vladimir Putin a “war criminal.” The comments came after Russian forces bombed a theater in Mariupol, Ukraine where hundreds of civilians were sheltering.

Hague, but can still submit evidence to the court.

Also United States has let only a few Ukrainian immigrants in. Jen Psaki said they are following the current rules. So they are not waving their requirements like other European countries are. Both of these facts made me sad.
