With close to 70 percent of his military manpower is now in or near Ukraine. Might be a good time for the world to pounce

And with low troop morale, getting enough troops that are eager to get out of their armored personnel carriers and get in close going building by building could be tough. And their losses would be even more staggering than they are now. I wonder how well trained the RU army is in urban warfare? I suspect it will be more like encircle, siege with artillery/bombing and hope to starve them out. Could take a while and not sure Putin has that level of political/public backing or logistics for a long haul.

Some estimates put the Russian grand total as high as 12,420 tanks and 36,000 other armored vehicles. The IISS estimates Russia has over 10,000 tanks in storage plus many other vehicles. However, this includes thousands of older-model T-72s, some of which are around 50 years old.

Those numbers are far beyond the 1,000 cited as needed to take Kyiv, so no wonder Putin is still sending in soldiers and tanks and so on.
