It doesn't even have to be political, because I didn't think Arnold's message was political. It was sincere and empathetic, and I know Paul McCartney can do that. Also many other musicians, and some of them have even performed in Russia. Alexander Vindman helped Arnold present the message in a way that the Russians will respond, and I believe he would do that for others too.
