(205,227 posts)And he's underrated as a political interviewer. Whenever he's had political guests on his show, it's obvious he's done his homework, asks all the right questions - and if it's a candidate, he brings up the issues they're running on.

(205,227 posts)I post Colbert and Seth Meyers and my buddy TexasTowelie posts Jimmy Kimmel - who is also quite political and very funny. The weird thing is that both Seth and Colbert are in repeats next week. I'm guessing Colbert is because of the basketball playoffs, but I have no idea why Seth Meyers is as well - is there a holiday I'm not aware of?

(205,227 posts)I used to be responsible for the network TV listings in the newspapers so I'm aware of the basketball playoffs on CBS, but Seth Meyers is on NBC - and The Daily Show, and I do post the political segments, is preempted altogether. Jimmy Fallon (also NBC) and Jimmy Kimmel (ABC) are on with new shows. I don't know what I'm missing...
