U.S. officials say that Russia may be plotting a false flag operation in which they would deploy chemical or biological weapons, and then blame Ukraine for doing so. Russia claims to have complied with international treaties calling for the elimination of these outlawed weapons. Since the rest of the world are the ones providing Ukraine with weapons - not that this would stop Russia, they regularly deal in propaganda and expect to be believed.

The "plan" might have had some chance of success 2 weeks ago, but The CIA has been 2 steps ahead of Russia since before the invasion. Any use of chemical weapons will be on Putin and the Russian leadership.

And who will they expect to convince? The rest of the world knows this is what they do - propaganda - and the entire Western World is supporting Ukraine, including with weapons.

I heard that Russia was claiming there are chemical weapons in Ukraine. It is such an obvious ploy.
