1. Ukraine should get their Eastern provinces and Crimea back.

My feeling is that if we don't call Putin's nuclear bluff, he will not stop with Ukraine. I'm having a deja vu with Hitler's invasion of neighboring countries and Britain's appeasement policies designed to "limit the damage." If we don't call a full nuclear alert, it could vey well lead to a Nuclear war if Putin doesn't quit his maniacal dream of forcing neighboring countries to submit to Russia. The more we let him take, the more likely he will resort to nuclear weapons when we finally respond with military force when he hits a NATO country.
