Congress HAS FAILED to provide adequate protection from dozen if not thousand of harmful intentional "schemes" that perpetuate on the internet BECAUSE CONGRESS HAS FAILED TO WRITE ADEQUATE LAWS TO STOP THE "SCHEMES."

When the child protection laws were written, that REQUIRED schools to filter "obscene images" from being seen by any student sitting at any school computer. Congress never took it into account that the "pushers of this material" were often from foreign countries that enabled the perpetrators to change a URL (web address) that provided these materials faster than the software in the filters could adapt to screen them out.

AND THAT IS BEFORE cell phones could send and receive sexually explicit material to and from the very kids we were trying to protect. Remember the largest majority of the students in any public school K-12 are under the age of 18 and therefore are considered minors.

Graham just wanted to rant... PERIOD. He really didn't care what her answer was.
