LIVE: Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson Supreme Court confirmation hearings - Day 4

The Senate Judiciary Committee will hold its final day of Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson on March 24. After three days of testimony from Jackson and questions from senators, the committee will hear from professional and personal witnesses who can speak to Jackson’s work and her character. Jackson was nominated by President Joe Biden in February to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer. After the hearings conclude, the committee will vote and issue a recommendation on Jackson's nomination in preparation for a full Senate vote. If confirmed, Jackson will be the first Black woman on the high court.

2. Judge Jackson should just hold up a card that says Congress sets the sentencing, not judges.

They all are blaming her (and clowning around for the camera, oh excuse me I think it’s called jackassery, yeah a new word) for not doing what is the job of congress.
