That is apparently a qualification For the Republicans and I'm surprised no one made a point of getting that dig in...

No one asked Kavanaugh that, as the repigs keep insinuating. HE brought it up all by himself, said, “I like Beer”, then asked members of committee if they liked it.

And what I meant was that someone should have asked that of Judge Jackson, since that's apparently a qualification for SCOTUS for Republicans - since that's all Kavanaugh had to offer...

Them if they like beer. Also when she was asked what she thought about racist babies, she should have asked, “like the ones in congress”?

The bigger question is whether everyone in their party has to go along on this one. Collins, for example, might cross lines here.

His Vote Would Be In Play?

That was merely to make it appear as if he was having an open mind.

Reality is, his mind was, and always has been, Closed. He just threw out those positive vibes, so he could pull the rug out a week later.

Whatever reasons he would give are pointless.

The ONLY reason is that she is a Liberal. The fact she's a Black Female is just a bonus, but he would never admit to that.

President Biden chose her, and that was the point he made his decision to vote no.
