When the DOJ acts, then I'll listen. The ball is in their court. The ball is in every court and prosecutor's office that holds a case, or CAN hold a case. The people who decide are already being paid to uphold the Constitution. So... are they doing what they're being paid to do? Or not?

He seems to flip flop from week to week.

One week the DOJ is doing nothing, and will probably do nothing.

The next, TFG is in deep trouble, because the "Walls Are Closing In."

I'm also of the belief that this is exactly why he was probably never considered for the AG position.

There was never any desire to pursue charges against TFG. I've been saying for at least the last 3 years, that TFG would face NO Consequences for his actions. And he's continued to get away with shit, and will continue to do so, for precisely that reason.
