I think it's CG. Doesn't sound like a normal human speaking, even in an "assumed" voice like that. It also speaks the letters of abbreviation rather than its representation - said "M P H" rather than miles per hour as it represents.

Get the coordinates from out alphabet soup agencys, launch and boom. An inexpensive way to take out the artillery. YMMV
