As well as giving his advice to my sons and their friends for over 20 years.
While the whole routine is hilarious, its message is tested and proved.
They should make it mandatory for viewing by every black male teenager in this country.

the advice given is how I have always behaved when pulled over, and no one had to tell me

I DO understand that POC too often unfairly profiled, but I don't get how else you would logically behave when pulled over by a guy with a weapon.

3. No. Every black male teenager does not need to see the fucking comedy routine.

They've already been told, and in a serious manner. Yeah the skit is funny, but what pisses me off is when the victim does every thing he's supposed to do, obeys every order, but still gets the shit beat out of him, tased or shot. Which happens all too often.

Yeah, I get it. I see it all too often even on DU. You guys always think its the black guy's fault. "If he had just complied...". Fuck that.
