His wife, however, needs to be in a world of hurt for a while about any role she might have had in funding or providing support for the riot and attempted overthrow of the government.

If it went beyond shooting off her big fat mouth, something the stupid woman has done for decades, then it should be prosecuted.

When I was growing up, my mother was sort of a low socialist, my dad a right winger. By the time I was a teenager, political discourse had settled into stony silence and my mother's only comment was that they'd cancel each other's votes in perpetuity. Given how crazy Thomas's wife is, I can imagine there are subjects Silent Cal would prefer to avoid.

I'm in no way defending either of them, I think Thomas was unqualified and the years have not improved him. I just think his wife needs to be investigated for any possible contributory role to Jan 6 while recognizing there is little we can do to get a bad USSC justice off the bench.

But his wife's role in Jan. 6 needs to be investigated like all the others. And if she's guilty of insurrection, she must go to jail. Do not pass GO.
