it's his court and it will be his legacy if he is saddled with Thomas.
With such pressure to have him resign - maybe as a fall back they would compromise and make him recuse himself from all cases that involve the 2020 election, the insurrection and TFG.
But right now - all pressure should be on Thomas to resign.

It is not his court and he had no ability to force a recusal - let alone a resignation.

And listening to these partisan hacks "defending" him is as ridiculous as it gets! If the shoe was on the other foot (which it never would be), they'd be demanding jail time!
