How come every news outlet is up in arms about Biden’s comment about Putin, but yet, TFG can comment on how great Putin is, a genius, whatever, and no one raises an eyebrow?

I occasionally watch Democracy Now but much less often since they continue to have Glen Greenwald on, who has become so right wing.

I almost turned it off. I agree with your assessment, I have only a mild interest in hearing what this outlet has to share because of those issues.

Trump literally tore down the office of the Presidency along with every other American Institution and the corporate media had long become too accustomed to low expectations in regards to governmental public policies and media obligations to those issues.

With Trump spewing ethical, intellectual, moral and democratic outrage virtually every day, the national motto for all practical purposes with the media during his reign became "I got friends in low places."

Having said that, Putin's unprovoked invasion into Ukraine and Trump's unapologetic support for the dictator's mental acuity while he wages bloody un-provoked war against babies and their mamas along with everyone else has enough emotional power to pull back the curtain from many of his followers' eyes.

So as a result, I believe Trump's power is rapidly eroding now even within his own base and I believe Putin is trying to prop him up with the B.S. about "cancel culture."

I also don't believe the vast majority of people disagree with President Biden's emotional and righteous plea of exasperation to the almighty, it had more to do with timing (during French diplomacy) and regime change is a dangerous policy even if that isn't what he meant so I understand the need for clarification.
