I know he won't resign but that does not mean that we should not frame it this way.

Ask yourself this question. What is this were the spouse of a Democratic nominee to the court, who was plotting with a Democratic
administration to overthrow an election that the Republicans had demonstrably won? WHAT WOULD HAPPEN?
