Every year something “inappropriate” happens at some awards shows...

She could just be reporting on the actual awards she feels were overwhelmed.

Yes, Will Smith should have told Chris Rock "I will see you outside" and not slap him in front of so many people, just because decorum is important, and if you are black, you don't want to give the white supremacists anything to talks about, because you have to know they will run with it.

Maybe he could have said something in retaliation that could have even been funny.

Now...Chris Rock...why make fun a woman who has a medical condition? I hate it when comedians take it on people and make jokes about people when there is no reason to do so but to try to get some cheap laughs, and in this case it was joke of very bad taste.

Once in a while I will watch comedians in a club, and suddenly they turn to someone in the audience and start ridiculing them, reason I don't go to live comedy because if some comic started to do that to me, I would certainly say something about it and even walk towards the comic to make sure he understands I don't like it, I am not saying I would hit him, but I feel that just walking up to him would do the job. Respect is important, and making fund of someone with a medical condition is not funny, imagine the courage of the woman to go out and show the World you are going bold.

But if someone did that to MY wife(if I had one) I wouldn't stop at a slap. I'd have knocked him out...That was total disrespect and insulting and body shaming from Chris Rock. Everyone wants to say violence= bad, and I'd agree. However If you won't defend your spouse, You have no honor.
