Garland Could Be Creating 'Biggest Failure Of An Attorney General In American History' Expert Says

The House select committee on January 6 voted Monday on a measure to refer criminal charges for two of Donald Trump’s former advisors: Trump's social media manager and adviser Dan Scavino and his trade secretary Peter Navarro. Both witnesses violated their subpoenas by refusing to turn over documents or sit for depositions, and were deeply involved in the scheme to subvert the results of a democratic election and pull off the first American coup. Joy Reid and her panel discuss these issues leading up to the committee's vote. Aired on 03/28/2022.

If Garland is as beholding to Federalists & RW corruption on protecting those who installed Trump, you'd think they would have wanted him on the SC.
Right?

One particular narrative somehow doesn't fit the other being suggested about Merrick Garland...ya know?

not so much 'against' Garland, but rather, McTurtle's initial vow to make sure that Obama was a 1-term President. He lost on that, but it still provided him a way to 'trump' President Obama's nominee (yeah, I know, shitty way to 'phrase' it........).

And, although McTurtle's scheme worked so well at that moment, he was NOT committed to it for the long term - thus Dear Amy had NO problem getting her seat a few weeks before an election. After all, NOBODY ever thought that McTurtle had any quality characteristics like honesty, integrity, or honor.

Moscow Mitch got his toady on the SCROTUS and blocked Obama's nomination.

Moscow Mitch objected to his own bill.

Did you forget the meeting held the night of Obama's inauguration where Moscow Mitch & republicons vowed to block EVERYTHING Obama did?

That's all there is to that. Garland was Obama's nomination and that could not be allowed by Moscow Mitch.

Now, explain Garland's apparent inaction, please.

and it is important that the public has trust in the system - not much these days. There doesn't seem to be much accountability.

well, as least as far as we know.

And THAT is the problem!

Billy Barr made sure that we did not know what was in the Mueller Report.

WE paid for it - WE lived through it - WE deserve to see what is IN IT!!!!!

But I DID buy a hat that was a 'riff' on the MAGA shit: Mueller Ain't Going Away.

Saturday Night Live gave extra work for Robert De Nero for months on their show.

And what did all of that get us?

The "F" word comes to mind.......

As just a reminder, merrick garland still has not indicted mark meadows for criminal contempt.

I understand the need for patience, however, the world has a very long history of handing the rich and powerful golden parachutes, while everyone else has the book thrown at them.

I believe its more than fair to see something in the form of action from the DOJ.

Not to mention, though you probably noticed, there's a Group for Canadians as there are for numerous places in the U.S. and around the globe. And I'm in Northeastern New York, so Canada is our very closest neighbor, before the pandemic we were used to seeing visitors from Ontario and Quebec.
