and loaded him onto AF2 and flown him to Moscow. They could have rolled him down the emergency chute onto the tarmac, cut the chute free, and taken off. If Putin wanted him that much, give him to Putin.

He wouldn't have done much to harm national security. He babbles and confabulates. They'd never be able to decipher anything particularly useful, and that's if they could get him to stop lying about everything.
