It used to be that SCOTUS was the sacrosanct and unassailable branch of our government. But TFG upended that, as he has most everything else.

The whole country heard about him back then - I remember sitting in the dentist's chair at the time and my dentist had the hearings on so she could listen in her exam room...

And he said that he wasn't interested because serving on the court would end any of his political activities including his ability just to speak out. *sigh*

it’s a crime for a Justice to be unethical or political. Unfortunately, the Constitution is too often like the Bible, just about anything can be arguably justified with a quote/verse taken out of context.

I generally like listening to Tribe’s option and insights, but realize he wants to be invited back.

Clarence ang Ginny have committed multiple felonies, but they are above the law. They are Rich Republicans.
