Putin Misinformed By Advisers About Russian Military Performance

A U.S. official tells NBC News that Russian President Vladimir Putin is being misinformed by advisers about how poorly the country's military is performing in Ukraine. Politico's Jonathan Lemire has details.

the top of a criminal enterprise of oligarchs getting rich off the Russian nation by corruption, favoritism, and yes, outright murders. These facts go a lot further to explaining their relationship to #FailedCoupGuy, their money launderer turning all the stolen Russian treasury into condos and real estate. A guy who whacks those he dislikes isn't a politician, he's a mobster.

They had Gorbechev, a modern, West-leaning leader but he was forced to resign because he was blamed for breaking up the USSR, like it was such a great think.

Yelsin tried, I think he had good intentions but failed and turned the country over to Putin who has turned out to be another tyrant.

Seems the nation just can't wrap it's brains around democracy.
