I see another half billion in military aid has been approved. so it looks like he'll get his wish.

I also think the Russians won't negotiate in anything approximating good faith until they are kicked out of the country. They will be, but it will likely be an inch at a time unless the military itself rebels, which it might at some point. I'm hoping Russian speaking Ukrainians are waging a psyops operation about how oligarchs and Putin's family are the reasons their equipment is second rate and in poor repair and why they're getting cut to ribbons by well trained and well supplied fighters.
