1. Yeah, Neal was not impressed with DOJ.

For those who don't click on the video, Neal said almost 500 days since the coup and no one in Trump's inner circle has been prosecuted.

Remember this people, if the GQP wins the House it will flood DOJ with criminal referrals, DOJ doesn't have to act on them, but still. Look for the House to begin impeachment proceedings against the president. Oh and, goodbye select committee. Those are just some thoughts from a sensible mind, who knows what else the GQP Magats will do to stymie DOJ? They will certainly have DOJ continue on the Hunter Biden propaganda.

2. Yeah I was not impressed with Neal. Yesterday he was on complaining that DOJ

absolutely did not have an investigation ongoing. Instead of admitting he was wrong, he pivoted to it was not happening fast enough. He does not take into account how long an investigation this size takes, nor the fact that Garland has been waiting to be able to get more attorneys so he can free up his experienced prosecutors to work on the more complicated cases of the planners. Why the hell not just admit you were wrong all along.

3. Neal is an expert, he is not wrong.

The scary part, what if Nicolle is right? Nicolle believes that Garland is going out of his way to not be like Barr, partisan, and by doing so, he is being partisan.

Why the hell doesn't Garland just say he dropped the Mark Meadows criminal referral?

In defense of Garland I was happy to see he is investigating the fake electors and that should lead right to the White House.

It was always going to be a tougher case because of his actual privilege. The other thing is we don't actually know if it isn't delayed because Meadows could be cooperating. There is nothing that says he dropped it at all.
