The filibuster can be modified or eliminated at any time with 50+ votes.

The Democrats don't have the 50 votes to eliminate or modify the filibuster permanently.

The filibuster can be overridden on individual bills, but all 50 Democrats have rarely agreed to do that.

(And whoever thought it was a good idea to keep switching to a picture of the speaker talking on a laptop - it isn't)
