I remember when, on one of the news shows, they showed a badly doctored video of President Biden and how it was painfully obvious. They aren't even any good at their lies...

I don’t know where I saw it. It looked to me like he was just letting Obama enjoy the moment. Also I thought that was his hand on Obama’s shoulder.
