Is it possible Trump has his own "leftover people" within the DOJ in place to stop investigations?

You have to ask yourself and anyone who would listen, What is going on within the DOJ? Is it possible Trump has his own "leftover people" within the DOJ put in place to stop any investigations into Trump's criminal activities?
