consciousness Putin will be removed by his own. This time, perhaps, the west will envision the Russian people with more wisdom and less self-serving posing and political vulturism. Picking over the USSR's carcass to impose democracy made a feel good poster for the west but irresponsibility, hallmark of a Russian Federation abandoned in infancy, lead directly to the current madness. We'll need to watch the kids more closely next time or they'll burn the house down. US foreign policy in the hands of whichever party wins the last winner-takes-all slugfest is HARMFUL to the planet. Such inconsistency will be a hard sell over the coming years, even for the weapons vendors.
