Russian rockets have recently hit a crowded train station in Donetsk region of Ukraine, leaving scores dead. Maksym Borodin, Mariupol, Ukraine City Council Member, tells Joy Reid in response to these and other atrocities, ‘Russia is not possible to stop without a war.’ MSNBC’s Ali Velshi, live from the ground in Ukraine, also joins The Reid Out with the latest developments. 1. I'm sure the eventual tactic will be to blame the Wagner Group for this stuff

and try to keep Russia's hands clean that way. The problem is that the Wagner Group is active in Donetsk and other parts of the east, nowhere near Irpin or Bucha.

They're going to be Putin's all purpose bogeyman. Not sure how those scumbags will take it when the PR campaign starts in earnest.

As for India and China, they're both walking a knife edge because too much support for Putin will const them their government and Modi, especially, doesn't want to give that up. I think his days are numbered, though.

Xi, on the other hand, has been a little smarter about it, allowing some window dressing protest and disconnection from Russian interests without upsetting the apple cart too thoroughly.
