2019, 43,993,638 (down 14.5% from the peak). Fertility rate: 1.48 (2.1 is the approximate replacement level)

Since then ... well a March 28 post said there were 3.8 million refugees in the E.U.

I would think that most wouldn't be coming from Europe, and I don't think Putin likes people of color or Muslims any more than Trump does. But anyway, I found this link - most of the immigrants came/come from formerly USSR countries. A lot of them might be ethnic Russians leaving Central Asian countries, who knows.
