What he's done or knows about that could lead to his prosecution. He seems to be sure that he's culpable for something significant. I hope the sweat him on the basis of what the committee already knows. I doubt he has much to offer that he isn't already due to provide, like personal records, text messages and such.
I wonder how much he's hiding versus how much he's acting the victim to avoid the civil suit outcomes.

He is the type that will pull a Oliver North on the court. North wrapped himself in his marine uniform and then proceeded not to tell the court anything. Then after his charade he got of scott free...
