as though his body is going quite frail and he's losing lean tissue. Overly round head, possibly Cushing's syndrome.

I was so fixated on his head, he cannot seem to lift it up. Chin is on his chest.

Yes that is very odd, him gripping the table in that manner with the hand towards the camera. The other hand hidden by his body.

I would also guess a dyskinesia. Good catch.

Or perhaps he cannot maintain his balance and the hand on the table is grounding or steadying him?

Then perhaps we are looking at a Parkinson's ?

His voice seemed weak to me. Not like his other forceful vocalizations.
He also seemed emotionally deflated to me.

Putin seems to have lost a bit of his swagger along the way. Russian losses in Mariupol must be staggering, and some information about how the rest of the world is regarding it must have reached him.

Yeah, he's aged.
