I'm not fond of subject lines that exaggerate the body of the post/video.

As you say, it was staged. So it's possible that one message it was supposed to send was that he is well and in control (the other message that he wanted to send was clearly that he cares about his troops - a clear lie, but he semed to be pushing that.) Instead, the message which comes through loud and clear in the speeded up version is that he is shaking like a leaf (and the general is not).

Although it is speeded up here, by comparing his body language with that of the other guy you can see there is a definite difference.
