a passenger train entering or leaving the First Street tunnel. It lets passenger trains coming from or going to Virginia go to Union Station. The tunnel goes under First Street in front of the Supreme Court.
The interview, such as it is, occurs near the entrance to the tunnel, on the south side of the Capitol.
