The late terrorist Luis Posada Carriles - whose bombing of a Cuban airliner in 1976 earned him the undying affection of many in the RW Cuban exile community.

The best part is, these people consider themselves the arbiters of what's "democratic" or not.

Which would be like asking Putin for his opinion on democracy, good governance, and peace - but flashier.
